Well on the site of 5 Parkhill

10.5 metre deep well which appears to have been on the site of, and in the front garden area of, 5 Parkhill. According to an ex-long-term resident, this served a number of the houses and there was a 'contraption' above this suggestive of a winding mechanism to access the water. It is probable that the water came from Shotover via an aquafer.
