Arthur Edmond Cullum and his wide Edith Sarah (nee Crook), taken on honeymoon in 1904. She said 'my mother told me that a very nice hat could be bought for 4/6d.'.
Arthur Cullum, who was chairman of Wheatley Urban District Council and Justice of the Peace for 13 years until his death in 1946.
