Shotover Estate

Partial map of the Shotover estate. This shows the listed building Hill House. Listed details state ‘House. Late C18/early C19. Limestone ashlar and coursed rubble; Welsh slate roof with brick stacks. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-window front with storey bands and plain parapet has central door with moulded stone architrave and 4-pane sashes, the window over the door being slightly smaller. Double-span hipped roof. 6-panel doors in right end and rear. Long rear wing of one storey plus attics. Interior not inspected.
