The Old School House
Archive Notes:
Photos of conversion of the Infants School to private residence, and a previous photo of it before conversion.
In 1840 the Infant School was established in Bell Lane by the Misses Tyndale of Holton and responsibility for its running was given over to the trustees of Bishop Moss’s estate in September 1841. The school closed in the early 1970s on the retirement of Miss Wren.
